Pick "I can't access my school email" below and tell us your old and new email. We check it by hand and move your account.
Does OnlySwap handle payments?
No. You pay the seller in person, with cash or an app you both agree on. Never pay before you meet, and never send a deposit.
Someone made me uncomfortable
Report them from the chat or their profile. A real person reviews every report. If you are in danger, call 911.
Why was my listing held or removed?
Some listings get a quick human check first. Items on the banned list are removed. You can appeal from the app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, Settings, Delete account. Or on the web at the delete account page.
